Each User is permitted to hold only one account with emas27. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have opened or attempted to open more than one account, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts.

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We verify identities to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to prevent fraud, underage gambling, and identity theft.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 per month. We will notify you via email before applying any inactivity fees. To reactivate a dormant account, contact our customer support team.
emas27 accepts deposits via the following methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within minutes.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not matching your registered name will be rejected and returned, minus any transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7 through your account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements have been approved by our finance team.
Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts. However, first-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional security verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the associated wagering requirements and validity periods. Failure to meet these requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x bonus means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).

When you have an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin/round is Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects the outcome of a bet, emas27 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control.
emas27 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be void unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. The emas27 platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, emas27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
emas27 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services, including payment processors, game providers, and external websites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonuses or pending withdrawals cannot be closed until those transactions are resolved.
Upon termination, all outstanding bets will be settled according to their official results. Any remaining account balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. We reserve the right to retain funds if termination results from Terms violations or fraudulent activity.
